Print Quality

Thank you for considering a purchase from my online gallery. All of my work offered here are originals, executed by me. My prints are professionally produced, using archival papers that offer longevity of 100 years under typical conditions.

The images you see on my website are lo-resolution and bear a watermark. The print you receive will be a hi-resolution print and of course, there will be no watermark.

In order to create an accurate color reproduction of my art, I calibrate my monitor to reflect accurate color so that my work matches the output of my print house. Your monitor may be set to a different calibration or it may be set to a brighter or darker output…i.e. your computer screen may not depict the actual color of the print image. That being said, I’ve never had an issue with a print being greatly different from what was expected.

Please remember to protect your print from exposure to sun, heat, moisture, or any other element that might damage it.

Custom Orders

I am happy to create a custom order for you, should you desire a different size or paper, or if you would like it mounted on a substrate, such as canvas gallery wrap, metal, wood or framed. Most of my images can be enlarged up to 45” on the long side. If you are interested in placing a custom order, please drop me an email and I’ll get right back to you.

Finishing Choices

The choices given with each image in my shop are my common offerings, although prints are available in a variety of sizes and formats (see Custom Orders).
Metallic paper really makes the print stand out without the glare of glossy paper.
Lustre paper is a vibrant semi-gloss paper.

Exchanges and Refunds

If your order doesn’t arrive or is damaged when it arrives, notify me within 48 hours via email. Please include photos of the damage to the print/s and box. The print house will replace it immediately.

If you need to cancel your order, you must notify me via email within 24 hours of placing your order. No cancellations after 24 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with your print/s, you must notify me by email within 3 days of receiving it. You then must send the print/s to me – un-used, in the same condition as it was received in, and in its original packaging. When I receive the order, I will refund your purchase price – deducting 10% for restocking and the original shipping charge, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable, however, I will work with you extensively to insure that you will be very happy with your final product.
